- Monday, Nov. 17: Welcome cocktail and registration at 6:00 PM, NMSU Golf Course.
- Tuesday, Nov. 18: Technical sessions at NMSU Corbett Center and visit to Spaceport America (arrival around 4:30 PM). Please bring identification (for U.S. participants, a valid ID; for international attendees, a passport).
- Wednesday, Nov. 19: Technical sessions at NMSU Corbett Center and gala dinner at the Farm and Ranch Museum.
- Thursday, Nov. 20: ITAR morning session at NMSU PSL. U.S. ID or passport will be required.
